close proximity helpful receptionist considerable noise no refund
the hotel's proximity to heuston station proved very convenient. i found the receptionist to be helpful when they called a nearby chinese restaurant for me.
i encountered considerable noise from the busy street outside my window.

helpful man spacious family room comfy bed clean bathroom
the man at reception was really nice, he helped us with everything. the hotel let us leave our luggage after check out since our flight was later. i appreciated that the family room was spacious and the bed was comfy. the bathroom was clean, though the shower was a little slow.
the hotel is located on a busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise at all times.

The staff at reception presented as very friendly. My room was spacious. I liked the fireplace in the room. Luggage storage remained available . It was a short walk from Heuston Station. This location suited me as I met a tour group nearby.
I found the bathroom rather small, making movement a little difficult.

The bed was super comfy. the bathroom includes a large shower. I appreciate it. check-in and check-out were both easy and the staff seemed really friendly. plus, the hotel is near local bars and shops, also a tram stop.

ideal location short walk room cleanliness tea coffee
i found the hotel's location ideal with heuston train station a short walk away. bus stops are located right outside,. the proximity to phoenix park was a plus i did appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the provided tea and coffee.
the traffic noise was noticeable due to single-glazed windows, so it was hard to sleep.

this accommodation focuses more on providing lodging, and it does not offer bar or restaurant services, only a continental breakfast is available and i didn't get it. a lift serves upper floors within the multi-story building.

The double room was clean, though relatively small, which restricted space for luggage. the provided central heating adequately warmed the room overnight. there was not any sugar in the room, it seems a forgotten detail from the staff.
