the man at reception was really nice, he helped us with everything. the hotel let us leave our luggage after check out since our flight was later. i appreciated that the family room was spacious and the bed was comfy. the bathroom was clean, though the shower was a little slow.
the hotel is located on a busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise at all times.

The staff at reception presented as very friendly. My room was spacious. I liked the fireplace in the room. Luggage storage remained available . It was a short walk from Heuston Station. This location suited me as I met a tour group nearby.
I found the bathroom rather small, making movement a little difficult.

i found the hotel's location ideal with heuston train station a short walk away. bus stops are located right outside,. the proximity to phoenix park was a plus i did appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the provided tea and coffee.
the traffic noise was noticeable due to single-glazed windows, so it was hard to sleep.

this accommodation focuses more on providing lodging, and it does not offer bar or restaurant services, only a continental breakfast is available and i didn't get it. a lift serves upper floors within the multi-story building.
